NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

I have placed my order no. 76068 on 20.08.2011 and after that I had received a shippment no.6245537815 of Aramex courier, which was found incorrect while tracking the same. It shows that the product was delivered to a place in Trivandrum, whereas the product should have got delivered at Howrah. More over the product I have booked and the product delivered are different.

I mailed them several times but everytime I am receiving the same reply that my goods has been couried through Armex courier vide shippment no. 6245537815.

This is total negligency in service and the company should compensate me for this.
