Micromax 300G 3G
Problem with speed

I live in secunderabad and m having problem with the speed. The max downloading speed is 1.3 kB/s - 3 kB/s. I hav purchased this device in september and i have bean told that airtel will launch 3G by november. so i take the 999 plan but with this plan and this kind of speed it's realy screwed my mind. I feel lik Im wasting my money and time. Do something and when 3G will start??
