My phone is not supporting security code, also not working internet

Myself lakshmi kant, and contact no-9015675588. my mobile model no micromax q7.. i purchased my mobile before 4 monts ago from noida, ashok nagar.my phone is not supporting security code, also not working internet service.

i submitted my fone to kalka ji service center, they returned after having 12 days., but problem is not solved. service centre persons also done harrasement me.they done waste my more time.i want to change my phone to company, want to new one.
