Illegalcharges for online games Fusion Lounge

I use a mobile phone 9766691661 Airtel. I never subscribed for the "Fusion Lounge" online games. Regularly I get intimation " you have been renewed for Fusion Lounge subscriber servicefrom Airtel. You have been charged Rs 15. Play gamesat Rs 1..." I unsubscribed on the net but it did not stop the messages. I tried to send SMS to 919892051914 but the SMS was not received. I feel ther is day light robbery. I should seek recourse to consumer court/
