The expected shipping date is 12.04.2012and I haven’t received any information thus far. When I called up thecustomer care, the person who attended the call mseq10067596 says it’s“In Progress”. Of course I can see that status online, that’snot the purpose of calling customer care. I wanted to know why there is a delay, what is the exact delivery date? which he couldn’t answer. He had to transfer to a team who takes 24 hours for a call back!!! Very complicatesystem. I haven't received any call after 48 hours also, when I called up again, the response was DOK. Yes, they just cut my call :??? @
This is my first online transaction withMobile Store and I am highly dissatisfied with the service being provided. I will tell all my friends, colleagues, relatives, evryone I meet to not to opt for Mobile Store. Worst service ever I had. I don't know when I will get my product.
