Dear sir,

I have ordered PHILIPS 7 in 1 grooming kit Model# QG3150 worth rs1999/- on 19/12 and till now i didn't get any information from monster deals about shipment or delivery. In their website it is clearly written it will delivered with 2 to 7 days. I have tried contacting them many times, however no response from monster deals. To my surprise i asked my friend from bangalore to check whether the office is existing or not and he said "the office was shut down few weeks back". Now i am not understanding what can be done. Money was deducted from my bank account on same day itself. I am wasting my time on this past four days.

Sir please let me what can be done to solve this problem and get back my money back.
