Mtnl 3g jadoo usb modem
The connection get disconnected very frequently

Sir,

i have purchased usb modem 3g jadoo (People make) on 12th may from M/s 21st Century, Shakti Nagar, New Delhi-07 authorised distributor for MTNL.

this product provided me satisfatory services only for few days. then the disconnection problem arose.

we had been asking from customer care, but none was able to solve our problem. at last we lodged written complaint (no 18300699). after few days the complaint was again renumbered as 18300512. till date nothing has been done. we had purhcased internet connection for study purposes as my childrens in higher education. they need every time the help of internet. But it has been so irritating that they just lost their interest in internet.

now the situation is at a position that if this complaint is not attended to properly then we are bound to go legally.
