No connection

I had complained several times for my broadband but all in vain some1 had come to my place & told me he will bring the engineer & solve it (25 days ago) which is not done & then i went to versova telephone exchange which is just 500 mtrs form my home & the same guy told me he will come & do it as my complain no is 9660 from 45 days which is the 3rd complain no i am facing this problem from more than 90 days. i suggest to all the new users to think twice before u buy an MTNL broadband connection bcos same problem i have at my office also. plz think before taking any decision tel no 26374360 mob 9820661361
