I am an mtnl internet subscriber

Plane: dsl 495 combo unlimited

Speed of plan: 320 kbps

-many times I have connectivity problem

-now I face speed problem in plan they offer at least 250 kbps to 200 kbps

Till I not got 5 kbps to 20 kbps only (or many times it will be 1 kbps)

-I made complain on1504, 198 and many

-they not take any stapes to solve problem, but they argument like "many consumer hade problem like that, what new about your".

-I asked to call center on 1504 no; they tell me at least speed is 200 kbps on the time of download.

-but when I call to prabhadevi office (were server is there), they first asked me to

What speed I’ll get and then tell “no no it’s ok we not providing more then it “

But fact is that they have to provide at least 150 kbps to 200 kbps. And on few days I get that speed

But they not want to do my work. Some time say (on 17 April) “we have many work, we not have time to lessen your complain” disconnect the call. I return call to him but they not receive call and if they pickup not lessen me but tell nonsense thing.

-were no body give me reply regarding speed (area office) what will I do.

-I expecting right response from you.
