Connection is not working properly

Respected sir,

i am getting problem in my broadband connection from starting, when i take the internet connection .it doesnt work properly at any time and the speed is too slow that it takes about 1 min to open a site., but according to my connection (i.e- Broadband plan-599 unlimited) my speed is upto 256 kbps, which is not delivered to me. I have regulary registered the complaint at 1504 but they only gave assistance that action should be taken from their side.in my modem there are 4 lan connections and i have two computers in my house i wanted to connect broadband in both of the computers but there is any problem in my modem or any i cant give the connection to my second pc i complaint about it many times but no action had been taken till now.

I am writing this mail because no one is responding against my complaints. I request u to give your attention towards my problem and solved it out.
