Non-Hearing of all the complaints lodged

I installed my MTNL Broadband Connection on 30th March.

It worked for about an hour or so and then its not working at all.

I have lodged complaint many a times, but there is non-compliance of all the complaints lodged.

I'm giving details of all the complaint lodged with MTNL below herewith :

I'm highly dissapointed by the service MTNL is providing and as such there is no action on their part.

No one is taking accountability and they keep on forwarding complaints.

I wish that you will act onto this matter, take necessary action and get me some relief binding all such complication.
