Speed Problem

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am MTNL user my ph. is 011-25989492, I'had request on 27th mar for plan change request no. they have given me is 48300556 i'have request to change my plan from 256kb/ps unlimited 599/- Rs. plan to 512kb/ps unlimited 999/-Rs. with 100 calls free per mon. plan now its 2nd of april, now my speed should be 1mb/ps but it still 512kb/ps old plan speed as per the Doubling Speed my speed should be 1mb/ps, but my speed does'nt changed. I Hope you will understand my situation and solve my problem as soon as possible.
