Frequent disconnection and poor response

Hi, Advertisement says that MTNL hai to sahi hai... well its nothing but a cruel joke for MTNL customers and Telecom Ministry should shut down this department in my opinion. The staff dont care about the customers at all. Taking services from them is like taking favour from some distant cousin. I have been struggling for past few months to file my complaint about frequent disconnection of MTNL Triband Internet but the offer deaf ear to me. Everytime i file complaint, they call me next day if everything is fine (Just a formality) and than they even dont listen to me and disconnect the phone. unfortunately their helpdesk numbers are as bad as the behaviour of employees... its a frustrating situation for me...
