Excess billing

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice the irregularity in the billing of broadband usage for my number 26365108 for the period of June.

We have the TriB 500 combo plan, which entitles us to 2560 MB of free data download. In the month of June, our download usage was 2543 Mb and still we are being charged for extra usage.

Attached are the details of our usage, as provided by the MTNL customer portal.

Due date for bill payment - July 30

I have been complaining for the past two weeks at various places regarding the same but to no avail.

I request you to kindly look into the matter as the due date is approaching.
