No service even after repeated complaints

Even after repeated complaints, my faulty broadband connection is yet to get repaired.

It has only been a month and half of getting this Broadband Landline service from MTNL, and the internet services stopped functioning from almost the 15th day.

THE WORST PART IS, NO ONE EVEN SEEMS TO TAKE AN INTEREST IN RESOLVING MY ISSUES EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING REPEATEDLY. Although I have been billed for almost Rs.1500/- (which I have paid without raising a voice)

My last complaint no. was 64700452
