MTNL broadband net complaint

Sir, my name is Ashok kumar Sansanwal and my phone no. is 01126524725. I have a internet a connection of mtnl broadband in my home sir and i am facing again start facing a problem of internet speed. Last time when i made complaint to you regarding this problem they get it done within 2-3 days but now after a month, i am again facing problem of bad net speed. But my younger brother is getting the correct speed even though we both are residing in the same building. I made complain to the area manager of Hauz Khas but just give me assurance that my problem will be solved but still nothing is happen and i am going through the same problem. Please help me out from this problem as soon as possible.
