Downloading speed

Hell sir

i have mtnl brode bend internet

my plan is 395. in this plan they gave me only 30 to 33 kbps downloading speed. But the actual plan is 312 kbps in 395 rs per month.

In 2010 my1st plan was 599rs and downloading speed was 256kbps.

I change the plan in 395. Now they (mtnl officers) didnt copret me. m not setisfied with the service.
