Wifi Modem Required

Hello authorities

this is to bring to your kind notice that i have a connection of 256 kbps & i have lodged a request for about 4-5 times for a wifi modem from 3rd december but still i have not got it fulfilled. the customer care executives are making me call 1500, 1502, 1504 & its just a to & fro motion withoutr any output.

Please look into this matter, i even had visited the office & again they postponed my request saying that ya we'll send the person.
