Low response of the office

Respected Sir,

I am using MTNL broadband service of 495unlimited at 320kbps. But from last four months I am not even able to get speed of 30kbps. The time to open a single page takes me more than 3minutes either sometimes it shows me page not found.

I had registered complain thrice with MTNL but response was negative. They either gave me another number to contact and said its not their concern.(complain no.3025)
