Frequent complains made but of no use. there is no stability of net connection of mtnl. bills paid right on time but no body bothers to come and check if any fault in modem instrument or line.clling at 1504 is absolutely useless as they only register complain and give no. whether bills paid or to be paid give any relief in broadband charges when there is no surity of stable connection.
