Very Bad Customer Service

MTNL broadband mumbai have 24/7 customer care service. When I called them at 11pm they have asked me to call in morning. Technical people from mtnl gives false information they told me to reset modem and after resetting modem Internet is not working also customer support is not responding to my complaint. please help me.
