Very pathetic connection

Sir,

I have been using the so called "2mbps super speed BSNL is all u need" for the past 6 years. For the first few months the service was appreciable but then it started disconnecting every 10-15 minutes. It first seemed to be a minor problem but soon came the worse. I am supposed to get at least 256kbps speed but it hardly goes above 55kbps. To download a movie it takes not more than 3hrs but it took me 10hrs to complete downloading it. My dad is also paying the bill on time with such problems. I have complained many times on 1504 but no relief. PLEASE HELP.My landline No.is 011-26165309.
