MTNL broad band is so poo

Respected Sir/Madam

I AM A USER OF MTNL BROADBAND, the internet gets disconnected after a while, its been two months we are facing this problem and nobody is ready to solve it.

This is to bring to your notice that i am really facing lot of problem

with MTNL BROAD BAND SERVICES and its customer care executives

specially Manish Kumar who was so rude and made me hold for so long

and was giving me the reasons like our details doesn't exist, this

much is the usage.

I had been complaining since 2 months that the interest gets

disconnected after a while. Nobody is paying attention to it. I am a

student who has to work on internet a lot. I am really facing problems.

You may check the records of the number 25547999- SANJAY BANSAL. My

complaint number which i am given is 8126 on 17 july and on 19 july as

well.

I shall be highly obliged if you look into this matter carefully.
