MTNL
Very poor services

Sir,

I am Deepa Garg residence of Tri nagar (814/50 Lekhu Nagar, Tri nagar, New Delhi-35)

want to draw your kind attention towards the very poor services of MTNL broadband...

They does not provide the speed. I have 256 kb/s plan and just getting 29kb/s.

And also there server is too bad. The server does not come most of the time.

And Even there is no hearings of complaint. They provide very poor after sale service.

Sir, kindly help rectify this problem. Its almost a year i have been complaining MTNL about these. But no action has been taken till yet.
