Bad Broadband Connectivity

Respected sir,

i am getting problem in my broadband connection since i take the internet connection as on Oct'09.it is not working properly. The speed is too slow. as per the plan Trib_UL_DATA_256_COMBO (i.e- Broadband plan-599 unlimited) my speed should be upto 256 kbps, which is not delivered to me. I have regulary registered the complaint at 1504 but they only gave assistance that action should be taken from their side. i complaint about it many times but no action had been taken till now. I am still suffing form the same problem.

I have mailled many complains to bbspeed@bol.net.in but no response i got in return. I personally visited to MTNL distric centre they given me only assurance only no solution. Now at last my problem is before you. request u to give your attention towards my problem.
