A very very bad service provide

I had confirmed with costumer care of mtnl wether if i buy rs 40 sim then will i be able to use internet answer was yes from many mind you MANY and now after doing this i asked that i got rs 299 recharge coupon so should i recharge it but i dont want 3g service many said yes and so i did not recharge after that i activated gprs and also did a recharge of 98 rs and used it for 6 days and now they are telling you cant use it and i am feed up of this can u help me plz
