Internet out of orde

Sir,

I have a internet connection of MTNL. My net connection out of order from a week. I lodge complain in this regard on 03.04.10, 05.04.10 & 08.04.10 vide complain No. 3570, 8742 & 8582 respectively. But till no action taken by MTNL.Kindly look in to the matter. My telephone No os 27056315.
