Dysfunctional telephone connection

I am a resident of D.S. Kothari hostel north campus, univ. of delhi and my landline telephone is not working since past 15 days. previously i have experienced a very bad service regarding broadband connection as well.

i have lodged the complain but nothing happened. i even contacted GM of Grievance deptt mtnl but his P.A informed me that there is nothing much he can do as its under operation of a contractor and not a direct employee!

i am fed up of my connection and i hope my complaint may get resolved as soon as possible.
