POOR SERVICE

Sir,

myself Devendra singh and i am using MTNL broadband internet for about 1 year but now a days i am facing a problem that internet goes after every 2-3 minutes and i am not able to do my work.when i try their customer care number every single time i receive same message that "all our customer care executives are busy please stay online" i am trying their customer care number 1504 from past 2 weeks and gets same message again and again so am feeling helpless and dont know what to do and feeling really sick of it please help me out.
