REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF INTER NET BILL

I have inform you that my internet services is not properly working in august month 2010. I have also register a complaint of mtnl customer care Executive to 13/8/10. This problem is started from 13/8/10 to 23/8/10. my complaint number is 7191.with the regular complains and follow-up no one has come to get it repair. But department officer is taking action this complaint after ten days from complaint date. I request to you reduce the amount of ten day internet service rent in my august monthly bill and issue my august month internet bill with reduce amount of ten day . therefore request you to kindly action this matter at the earlist and oblige . my land line no is 011-22472036.
