MTNL
Net problem - no speed /faulty modem

Hi,

my mo is 23641693, i have a net connection of 512 kb/s unlimited plan from MTNL .

I am facing the problem of disconnected net every now and then, ...also my net speed is to low considering the plan I have taken.

Only answer I am receiving from MTNL is that they do not have a modem to replace my faulty one

Please help.
