Poor speed

Respected Sir/madam,

I have lodged a complaint from many days but no action has been yet taken regarding poor speed and low bandwidth. My complaint no is98333 and My landline no. is 022-28510077. It is an combo plan.

Earlier i use to get proper speed but from past 10 days the connection is very poor.

Please take appropriate actions regarding this.
