Very low broadband speed

I have been getting very less internet speed from last 5 weeks . i have tried contacting the internet speed tester office located at

prabhadevi but the numbers are never working . i have also informed Mr Patel the regional head of cuff parade but even he has not

done anything . he had come my house to check the internet connection (which he found to be less) and nothing happened after that. i am using dsl unlimited 599 and getting speed not more than 60 kbps, which used to go beyond 300 kbps when i had ought for d plan.

its been 5 weeks now and i have received the bill for last month, for the service i never got..
