Dear sir,

My broadband connection is not working as it was earlier. I am not satisfied from my internet working. I used to get download speed of 200 to 230 kps as i should but now im getting only 30-35 kps. I tried complaining (on 1504) but nothing happen. Before taking the service is was promissed that i will be recieving the speed as mentioned above (200-230). But now (uncooperatively) getting answered by them you will get this much speed only. There is also a problem of frequent disconnection.

I would request that u, go through my Problem i m currently facing as soon as possible My Address is - House no: 230, danpada, 21st road, Khar (w), Mumbai 400052
