MTNL
BAD MANAGEMENT

Actually MTNL is a state owned telecom which operates under the policy of " Whether i work i or not my salary is sure " which is why complaints are hardly ever attended to. I complained to MTNL help line, customer care.. kept calling them daily. Until now it hasn't been resolved, they keep telling one and the same thing. My Internet is not working, phone calls breaking up. I want to think MTNL suffers structural management problems. Maybe i made a mistake subscribing to MTNL in the first place.
