Respected Sir/ Madam,

At present we have the Broad band tariff plan DSL unlimited 1599. Office number is 22036187, gives me a speed of 1.344Mbps. in the initial month the speed was good but after that it has drastically dropped.

The in charge at each of the following numbers is not available at any time of the day and even after several complains to 198 the issue has not been solved. Time to Download: 67.107second (s) Your Bandwidth: 672.70Kbps (0.657Mbps).

We have also met Mr. Barathe, last week on 11th May. He promised to solve the problem next day itself. He still has not solved the problem.

If you cannot solve the problem, then we have to switch to different company for broadband services.
