The connection is breaking on every few minutes

Respected SIr/Madam

My MTNL phone no is 011 29948632, and I am using this broad band connection for about three months. And the problem is that neither phone nor the internet is working in a proper manner, and its becoming headache for me day by day, . When I use the internet its connection breaks of every few minutes and i can't download any thing because of breaking up of the connection.

Its my humble request from the authority to have a look at it and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
