Not getting Required Speed as before &frequent disconnections

Dear Sir,

Im a resident of mumbai, Borivali (w), iC colony area I have been using MTNL connection for the past 5 years but over the last 6 mnths or so i have Been experiencing Loss in Download speed & as well as frequnet Disconnections. I 999/- per month and still i dont get the facilities & the Speed & the Services I should be getting in that cost... I used to be getting a Better speed on my 599/- plan which was Night unlimited plan and also I used to get less Disconnections... with this 999/- im supporsed to be getting 1mbps (day) & upto 2 Mbps (at night)... but Im not getting even that much...

Plz Help me...
