MTNL doesnt install broadband (Poor response)

Hi,

I have requested for MTNL broad band 2 weeks ago, But as of now they have not installed any broadband device at my home, I have called customer care numbers many times 1500, 1504, 1503..But all members try to escape from their responsibility and not ready to listen My problem,

This is really very frustrating people sitting on Govt jobs dont want to do any thing and we consumers are sufferning due to this, Please take some strict action against MTNL Delhi.
