Connection not installed

Hi

My name is akash gidwani its bieng 10 days i applied for mtnl broadband connection but they came to my place on 12th Aug to install the phone and they told me that the bb will get install in nxt two days but nobody turned to my place after that day. The customer service is really horrible when ever im calling them they are not responding me in an appropriate manner.

This is something which is really making me crazy there customer service reps are saying that who asked you to apply for the connection we can, t do anything So, please make sure that some serious steps should be taken against them otherwise i need to file a case against MTNL because this was my first experience with them and which was really pathetic.
