Modem Not Changed

Sir,

My telephone No. is 011-23824201 and is registered with the name of Mrs. Neeru Jain residing at 7370, 3rd FLoor, Delhi.

I requested for the modem change i.e normal to wireless modem on 10.08.2011 (MTNL request/complaint no. - 48300005) but it has still not been replaced.

Despite Several complaints in MTNL customer care i.e 1500 my modem has not been changed.

Complaint no.'s are as folllows : -

48300005 - mtnl modem change - 10-08

46900056 - mtnl modem change - 16-08

44101562 - mtnla modem change - 24-08

please look into the matter and provide for replacement A.S.A.P
