Today we received phone call on landline tel.no. 011 - 26516417 stating to be from the customer care of MTNL that there is broad band user bill of Rs.16888.00. In this context we like to inform you that we seldom use internet from the captioned telephone no. 26516417, and the telephone/broadband bill upto December is already been paid. Accordingly you are requested to look into the matter and inform me accordingly.
