For transferring internet connection (22483338)

Dear Sir,

This is Tilak Jha from Delhi. I applied for transferring my telephone cum broadband connection from Pandava Nagar, Delhi-92 (22483338) to my new flat in Aayanagar, Delhi-47 four days ago. But there is no response from MTNL. It's customer care lines are dead and nothing is happening. I have complained for two successive days on 1504 (complain no. 6540009 and 65100009) but nothing seems to be happening. I don't know what to do.
