Problem in line and broadband services

Dear sir

i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is 011-25640717, i have problem with broad band since i have installed, some time working some time not. my telephone line and broadband will be out of order for completely one week instead of complaint, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times.

why the consumer will pay for that amount which they have not used.
