I have MTNL broadband connection and i was very setisfied with it until it broke down. I registered complained atleast 20 times on IVR, went to their office and complaint 2 times but looks likes they are not bothered. Its been allmost 2 months now and they even sent me a bill and i dont know what is that for. It is not possible for me to go to their office everyday as i am a working person. I dont know what to do so m registering a complain here. Thank you
