Frequent disconnection of Broadband

My telephone No is 011-27945843 with mtnl triband. It gets disconnected every 2-5 mins. Despite my complaints 1228, 8082, 8035 lodged with 1504 and various calls to the local Sanchar Haat no rectification has been done. This entire organisation seems to be inefficient and unwilling to listen to consumers. They take everything for granted as they are govt. Employees and don't forsee any danger to their jobs because of the nature of their superiors who are high headed. Please help.
