Broadband Not Working

Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that my Broadband connection is not working since 06-Aug. I registered my complaint at 1504 and have been continuously contacting your staff to rectify the issue but it’s not resolved till date.

I even contacted Mr. S.K Tiwari and he forwarded the call to Mr. Mahesh who in turn has also not rectified the issue.

It’s so annoying and frustrating to keep calling up these guys wasting my time and money!

Kindly let me know if this is the way it works in MTNL so that I can find a better service provider who believes in responding to customer queries!
