Very bad service by MTNL Delhi

Have logged a complaint on 1504 on friday, 8th Jun as my internet was not working at all. I have called your call center 8-10 times since last 5 days and no action has been taken.

My MTNL phone number is : 25052374, and the complaint number is: 64200134. This number is of Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi

As advised by call center executive, I also tried the these numbers of your exchange but none of them are working:

23322622 (A P Singh, Nodal manager),

23312709 (R A Gupta, GM),

25051111 (Fault repair service)

You people take so much time to resolve a simple query, what am I paying bills for?
