MTNL Broad Band connection

Dear Sir,

we have activated broadband connection on our MTNL Number 24372310 and using the same from last 2 years. but due to some construction work at home the patch cord was disconnected and hence due to which internet connectivity was disconnected. we have launched a complain in 1504 on 4th june and than thru internet broad band services too but till than no response was received from MTNL. In the meanwhile we have also escalated the matter with GM office, SDO office but no action is taken so far. they simply giving the new complain number on every complain but no action thereafter. the MTNL complain number so far are 196 (4/6), 64101052 (7/6), 64100662 (9/6), 64200119 (10/6), 110104 (14/6). we have never faced such worst experience with MTNL. even nobody was picking up the phone in Zor bagh, senior branch. sometimes they keep busy the phone by putting the receiver down and sometimes they are not picking up the phone eventhough we have tried 20-30 times of calling they do not pick the phone.hope through this website they read the message.
