Internet is nt working

I (beer singh rawat) booked mtnl internet service on 29-june. my telephone no is 27617960. after a month they install telephone box. and after two or three days phone was in working. but internet was not working. they said they had not modem. we wait for that. at the end of july modem was installed. two day it was working properly but after that there was no any connection in internet. ya there is one more thing, when we call customer care no- 1504 our internet is working for some time. and after some its gone. we complaint so many time in that perticular number. but diferrent executive gave different advice. they commits our service engineer came to you within 24 hour. but right now there are so many 24 hour are gone. my work is in bad position due to bad service and bad commitment
